二、生產鎂水泥工藝品的條件。
生產、制造鎂水泥工藝性質的產品,必須具備兩個最基本的條件:1.穩定合格的輕燒鎂粉原料。2.科學的配比原料、合理的工藝和合適的養護方式。
這兩點是生產、制造鎂水泥工藝品(也包括所有鎂水泥制品)最基本、最重要的條件。這方面的歷史教訓是深刻的,必須引起足夠的重視。
從第一點來講,合格的氧化鎂是做好鎂水泥的基礎。適合做鎂水泥的輕燒氧化鎂是在750℃-900℃煅燒分解的,這種溫度燒出的氯化鎂才能和氧化鎂、水在短期內形成反應相結構,我們把它稱為具有活性的氧化鎂,這樣的輕燒粉適合做所有的鎂水泥制品。在行業標準中,已對輕燒鎂粉的活性氧化鎂含量、燒失量、過燒氧化鈣含量進行了明確的規定,有的廠家把輕燒氧化鎂分為防火板專用氧化鎂、通風管道專用氧化鎂、墻板專用氧化鎂、工藝品專用氧化鎂。不知道這種分類的標準和依據是什么,因為鎂水泥制品有幾十種、幾百種,難道輕燒氧化鎂也要分幾十種、幾百種嗎?再加上市場上不合格的氧化鎂繼續進行價格的無序競爭,這些都給下游工廠帶來產品不穩定的因素。多年來,地方政府也對氧化鎂生產廠家進行了多次整頓,主要出發點是從減少資源浪費、合理利用資源、環保、節能的角度出發,如何使輕燒鎂粉達標生產以滿足下游工廠需要,建立穩定原料供應基地,促進鎂水泥行業健康發展,始終缺乏監管和制度,這也是很多鎂水泥制品企業不敢和不能做大、做強的原因之一。
從第二點來講,科學配料、合理工藝、合適養護是做好鎂水泥產品的必要條件。關于科學配料,余紅發教授在總結國家“七五”攻關的科研成果時提出的“配料原則”,是所有鎂水泥制品配料時必須遵循的原則,根據鎂水泥制品的不同品種和使用范圍,只能在這個原則范圍內靈活調整,而不能背離這個原則。
為了便于記憶和理解這兩點中的內容,可以用一句通俗、便于記憶的詞語,就是生產鎂水泥制品必須“堅持四項基本原則”,即堅持使用達標原料的原則、堅持科學配料的原則、堅持合理工藝的原則、堅持合適養護的原則。這四項基本原則是根據鎂水泥內在的化學反應和物理特征提出的,缺一不可,相輔相成,才能較好地完成鎂水泥內部的化學物理反應過程,使產品達到較長時間的使用價值。
鎂水泥工藝品的生產只有在達到內在的質量要求之后,再加上形式和外觀的裝飾手法,才能開發和生產出更多的品種,滿足社會的物質、文化需求。
